Arena Offices will host a wellbeing workshop at its brand-new serviced office building in Basing View as part of its ongoing commitment to fostering a healthy and thriving community.
The complimentary workshop on Tuesday, February 27th will provide an opportunity for the Basingstoke business community to visit Grosvenor House and experience the Arena atmosphere, and gain insight into how food and nutrition impact our daily lives.
Registered Nutritional Practitioner Layla Gordon will give a talk providing insight into nutrition and health, giving expert advice about ultra-processed foods and what to eat instead to boost our mood and productivity. Layla runs workplace workshops to help busy professionals gain more productivity and focus by making sustainable dietary and lifestyle choices.
Bespoke Travel Counsellor Ally Case will speak to attendees about how to craft the perfect getaway. Her session aims to shed light on the importance of relaxation, mental health, and the significance of proper downtime away from work.
