Many of our centres feature expansive windows that flood reception areas with natural light. To maintain their brilliance, we partner with local window cleaning companies to keep these stunning glass atriums spotless and gleaming.
Additionally, we uphold the highest standards for our building facades. Regular maintenance, including professional cleaning and biocide treatments, ensures they remain pristine, fresh, and well-kept.
Cleaning
Did you know that cleaning is included in your monthly rent? Our dedicated cleaning teams ensure that kitchens, washrooms, communal areas, meeting rooms, and private offices are cleaned daily, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. This means you can enjoy a consistently fresh, clean, and comfortable workspace, without any extra effort.
Landscapers
For our office locations surrounded by greenery, we work with professional landscapers to ensure the outdoor spaces remain pristine and inviting. Our maintenance efforts include trimming hedges and trees, tidying car parking areas, and enhancing outdoor areas with planters, flowers, and benches - creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.

At Arena Offices, we are committed to keeping our spaces fresh, modern, and inspiring. That’s why we regularly update and refurbish our facilities, ensuring they never feel outdated. When a building no longer delivers the "wow" factor, we collaborate with our trusted design partners to create a brand-new look that enhances both aesthetics and functionality.
Our Havant office, Langstone Gate, recently underwent extensive renovations, giving it a fresh lease on life. As one of our older buildings, we knew a revamp wouldn’t go amiss! From facade spraying to outdoor landscaping, every detail has been carefully refreshed to create a more inviting and professional atmosphere.
One of our Fareham offices, Number 25, is in the final stages of an exciting transformation and is almost complete! This project included a full renovation of the ground floor, expanding the social space and redesigning the reception area’s interiors.
