This December marks a very important milestone for Arena Business Centres: the 15th Anniversary of the opening of the very first Arena centre in Ferndown, Dorset.
Arena Business Centres began with just an idea, a building site and a belief in a new generation of business centres. The plan was to form a portfolio of ten business centres – a bold vision, especially when the foundations for the first centre were still being laid. Fifteen years later, the vision of the founding members of Arena has been realised – and revised with the portfolio due to exceed the initial aim to open ten centres.
To commemorate this special occasion, the Arena team hosted a coffee morning to celebrate the last fifteen years of success with their long term suppliers and to thank them for their assistance over the years. Many of the suppliers in attendance have been working with Arena since the very beginning, supporting the growth of the organisation and helping to shape it into the well-established brand that it is today.
The team were delighted to have the company of Matthew Witt (Western Design Architects), James Anderson (Enenco), Steve Harvey (Harvey Electrical) and Derek Flood (BT Office Furniture) – all of whom have been working with Arena since the beginning and play a vital role in the construction process for each new centre.
The team were also joined by Lisa Lee (Lisa Lee Photography), John Paine (Juice Design), Philip Buckfield (Stripes), Lisa Morelli (4Couture) and Jess Stickley (4Couture) who have helped Arena to hone its image – both online and offline – with their creative skills. Also in attendance were associates from property agent Nettleship Sawyer (Joe Lee), accountancy firm Westlake Clarke (Peter Clegg) and legal firm Lester Aldridge (Matthew Barrow), as well as Nell Nicholson and Kevin Poulton from Ferndown BID.
The event was enjoyed by all and provided an excellent opportunity for all suppliers to commemorate their shared successes over the years with the Arena Team. The ethos of Arena revolves around appreciation and respect for its people – its team, clients and suppliers alike – so to gather key suppliers together to thank them for their efforts throughout the last fifteen years was a very fitting way to celebrate.
The team look forward to hosting another anniversary event at the inaugural Ferndown centre next month to celebrate this fantastic milestone with their clients new and old.
