In today’s Client Spotlight, we take a look at Norris & Fisher Insurance Brokers. We spoke to Jade who shared a little more with us:
Norris & Fisher are independent chartered insurance brokers specialising in the charity and not-for-profit sector. We pride ourselves on the service that we give to all of our clients and love building relationships with them.

Q: What is your professional background?
Tom and I took ownership of the company in the summer of 2022 having worked here since 2007 and 2011 respectively. Whilst we now specialise in charities, we have previously dealt with all kinds of commercial and property insurance for many different trades and businesses.
Q: How long have you been at an Arena Business Centre?
We moved into Arena in February 2022 after a restructure of the company.
Q: Why did you choose Arena?
I can honestly say that as soon as we stepped into the building to have a look around, we knew that we wouldn’t be going anywhere else!
The common areas are impeccable and so professional looking – in fact we used the boardroom and reception areas as the backdrop to the photos that we had taken for our new website. The biggest thing however is probably the people.
We were made to feel welcome immediately and nothing is ever too big or too small for the reception team and they go above and beyond every single day.
Q: How has it helped your business?
Practically, everything is taken care of for us so we don’t have to worry about things like energy and water supplies, intruder alarms, tea and coffee, walking to the post box!
This gives us a lot more time to focus on the actual business compared to our previous office space. Also, the whole place has a really professional feel which reflects well on us as a business when people come for meetings etc.
